1. SUBJECT
This agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and execution of
transfer and transportation services purchased electronically via the Seller’s website or mobile
application.
2. SERVICE SCOPE
The service includes airport transfers, city and intercity transfers, and VIP transportation. The service is
provided according to the date, time, and locations specified during the reservation.
3. RESERVATION
- Reservations are made via website or mobile application.
- The customer is responsible for providing accurate information.
- The Seller is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect information.
4. PRICING AND PAYMENT
- Prices are determined based on distance, vehicle type, time, and service details.
- Payment can be made via credit card, debit card, or cash.
- Reservation is confirmed only after payment is completed.

- Waiting time
- Extra stops
5. CANCELLATION AND REFUND
- Full refund is provided for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the transfer time.
- No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service.
- No refund in case of no-show.
6. SERVICE DELIVERY
- The service is provided at the scheduled time.
- The driver meets the customer at the specified location.
- Flight delays are monitored and adjusted within reasonable limits without extra charge.
7. WAITING TIME
- Airport pickups include up to 60 minutes free waiting time.
- After this period, additional charges may apply.
8. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide accurate information
- Be ready at pickup location on time
- Follow transportation rules
- Avoid damaging the vehicle
9. SELLER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide the service as agreed
- Ensure vehicle and driver quality
- Provide customer support when needed
10. BAGGAGE POLICY
- Each vehicle has a defined luggage capacity.
- Excess luggage must be declared in advance.
11. FORCE MAJEURE
The Seller shall not be held liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond control such as weather
conditions, traffic, natural disasters, strikes, or technical failures
12. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
As this is an instant service, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised once the service has started.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Seller is not responsible for indirect damages. Liability is limited to the service fee paid.
14. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In case of disputes, Turkish Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction
within legal limits.
15. EFFECTIVENESS
By completing the reservation, the customer accepts this agreement.
